Is this a W-2 job?
No. You join as a 1099 independent contractor. You set your schedule and we give you the support to succeed.
Do I have to buy leads?
No. For supplemental health and Medicare we provide the calls and leads for free. For life insurance you can start with leads we provide, or choose a higher pay level and use your own leads or buy them from us when available.
How do I get paid?
Commissions with no cap, plus bonuses for top producers and other bonuses. Life agents are paid directly by the insurance company. We go over the details with you when we talk.
Can I build my own team?
Yes. If you want to lead, you can build your own team and earn commission on their sales.
What licenses do I need?
A health license for supplemental health and Medicare, and a life license for life insurance. Medicare also needs your AHIP certification each year. We handle carrier contracting.
I am not licensed yet. Can I still apply?
Yes. You must be licensed before you sell, and we can help you train for your licensing exam. We also help you get licensed in more than one state and contracted with insurance companies.
Do I need experience?
No. There is no pressure here, and it is a great place to learn. We provide scripts, training and mentors to help you get started.

Compensation depends on each agent's individual production, performance, and applicable commission agreements. No level of income is promised or guaranteed. Bonuses, lead programs, and team commissions are subject to separate terms and may change.
Agents must hold the appropriate state insurance licenses and obtain any required carrier appointments before selling insurance products. All agents must comply with applicable insurance laws, regulations, and carrier requirements.
Agents participating in Medicare sales must complete applicable Medicare training and certifications and meet CMS, carrier, licensing, and appointment requirements.
Assistance with exam preparation, licensing, and contracting does not guarantee passing an exam, obtaining a license, receiving carrier appointments, or earning commissions. Lead programs, products, and availability vary by state and may change.
